An extraordinary map of Cyprus illustrating  the route of Badia – Ali Bey – Alabbassi on his visit to Cyprus. Geographical details are given only on the areas he visited. It is a most exceptional map. It appeared only in one edition. The author was a Spaniard who disguised himself as an Arab, so as to  visit places  where Christians were forbidden to go. Scarce.
